Danielle Rosvally, Ph.D., is a fight director, dramaturge, actor, and critic; Clinical Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo

Danielle Rosvally, Ph.D., is a fight director, actor, critic, and dramaturge. She has her Ph.D. from Tufts University, and has studied professionally at such institutions as The Royal Shakespeare Company, The American Globe Theatre, and Shakespeare & Company. Her current research focuses on nineteenth-century New York theatre makers and the economics of Shakespeare in America’s nineteenth century. Her work has recently been seen in print in publications such as Theatre Topics, The Fight Master, the digital publication HowlRound, and chapters in books published by Palgrave MacMillan and Farleigh Dickinson University Press. Danielle also works as a digital project coordinator with the Folger Shakespeare library.
