Emily White holds a BA in Theatre Studies: Acting and Dramaturgy from Emerson College. She resides in Boston, MA, where she works as an actor and dramaturg. She has worked as a production dramaturg for Emerson Stage (Lizzie Stranton, Middletown) and Moonbox Productions (The Wild Party, Barnum). She won the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival Awards in Dramaturgy and Program Note in Region 1 for her work on Middletown. She has also performed as an actor with numerous theater companies in New England, including The Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre (Arcadia), Zeitgeist Stage (Punk Rock - 2014 Elliot Norton Award for Outstanding Production by Fringe Theater), Maiden Phoenix Theater Company (Playhouse Creatures), and the Boston Playwrights’ Theatre.
