Holly Lombardo has worked in the festival and events industry for over sixteen years. She founded the Brighton Fringe managing it to become the 3rd largest Fringe Festival in the world. She was a senior manager for the Edinburgh Fringe and director of an Edinburgh Fringe venue. She has also worked within some of the UK’s largest international festivals.

In 2007 she pooled her knowledge of the Arts and Festival sector to found a global networking company, The World Festival Network & World Fringe. As well as this she lectures on event & festival management, develops event programs, undertakes project work within the Arts, is a trustee of the British Arts Festival Association, on the Participants Council of the Edinburgh Fringe, sits on advisory committees, consults on festival development and speaks on industry panel talks across the world. A long side her festival consultancy work she has taken up the post of Artistic Director of Fusion Arts Oxford.
