Iris McQuillan-Grace is the Managing Director of Parent Artist Advocacy League for thePerforming Arts, and serves as the HR advisor for PAAL. 

Iris McQuillan-Grace is the Managing Director of Parent Artist Advocacy League for thePerforming Arts, and serves as the HR advisor for PAAL. In her role she creates and facilitates online and in-person trainings around HR policy, compliance and full cycle employee support. As Managing Director, Iris also partners with organizations and the PAAL community to coach them on HR best practices in the following areas: Talent Development, Retention, Management training, DEII, and employee relations. In addition to her work with PAAL, Iris is also the Senior

Manager of Talent for the Center for Reproductive Rights where she oversees global talent acquisition and learning and development. Previously, Iris was an artist and educator, starting her career working with young women in maximum security facilities teaching drama for over 7 years. She holds degrees in theater from Emerson College (BA) and The New School for Drama (MFA).
