Susan Jonas is the co-author of the "NYSCA Report on the Status of Women in Theatre," Co-Founder/ Curator of On Her Shoulders, and writes and lectures on the representation and legacy of women in theatre. She has held leadership positions at Classical Theatre of Harlem, EST, CSC and The Acting Company.
