Greater Boston Theater Board Leaders’ Group (Actors Shakespeare Project, Charlestown Working Theater, Company One Theatre, Lyric Stage Company of Boston, New Repertory Theatre, and SpeakEasy Stage Company) organized a meeting for board members and theatre leaders. This convening was co-sponsored and hosted by HowlRound. The day focused on sharing knowledge about the changing audience demographics that are affecting Boston theatres, the Boston cultural planning process thus far, and some board best practices related to these challenging changes.
