Rosalba Rolon

Rosalba Rolón is the Artistic Director of Pregones Theater (Bronx) and Puerto Rican Traveling Theater (Manh). Since 1979, Rosalba has led the creation of Pregones' original music theater repertory, favoring the art of stage adaptations of non-dramatic text in ensemble settings. Her recent credits include Dancing In My Cockroach Killers, The Harlem Hellfighters On A Latin Beat, Betsy! with Roadside Theater (KY), and Brides with companies in Belgium and in the Slovak Republic, touring nationally and internationally. She is a 2008 United States Artists Fellow and USA Board Member, and a Board member of National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures. She is also Faculty of the NALAC and Arts Presenters Leadership Institutes.
