There are some HowlRound TV videos that have two languages available within their audio tracks. 

In order to listen to one of the languages, use headphones and then listen to either the left ear or the right ear.

If you do not want to use headphones, you can adjust your computer's sound balance to either the left or the right in order to hear the language that you want.
