Abraham Johnson is a queer writer based in Athens, Georgia. His work has been developed with the New Georgia Group, the Horizon Theater, Out of Box Theater, Essential Theater, and the Lionheart Theater Company. Lambda Literary has recognized him as a two-time Playwriting Fellow at their 2017 and 2018 Emerging LGBTQ Voices Retreats, which included publication in their annual anthologies. Abe has also recieved residency with the Sundress Academy for The Arts, and he was a 2018 finalist for the Greenhouse Residency at SPACE on Ryder Farms.
