Alanna Mitchell

Alanna Mitchell is an international-award-winning journalist and author who recently turned one of her books, Sea Sick, into a one-woman play, with the help of artistic directors Franco Boni and Ravi Jain of Toronto’s The Theatre Centre. The play was nominated last year for Canadian theatre award—a Dora—for outstanding new play in the indie category and is now on tour across Canada, appearing in major theatre festivals.
