Alisa Solomon

Alisa Solomon is a professor at the Columbia School of Journalism, where she directs the MA program in Arts and Culture. A dramaturg and long-time theater critic (Village Voice, 1983 to 2004), she is also the author of Re-Dressing the Canon: Essays on Theater and Gender and of the forthcoming book, Wonder of Wonders: A Cultural History of Fiddler on the Roof, due out from Metropolitan Books in October.
