Alli Houseworth

Alli Houseworth is the founder and chief strategist of Method 121, a company that helps arts organizations imagine, create, and execute online and in-person experiences that result in brand loyalty and increased revenue. Services include digital and audience engagement assessments, coaching, and experience design. Alli has worked as a consultant and freelancer for arts organizations of all sizes - from Playwrights Realm and Vermont Stage Company, to Ars Nova and Woolly Mammoth, DC’s Shakespeare Theatre, the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis, Birmingham Repertory Theatre in the UK Midlands, Theatre Bay Area, National Arts Strategies, Joy of Motion Dance Center, Americans for the Arts, and more. Prior to starting Method 121, Alli founded the Patron Service Representative program at the TKTS Booth in Times Square, New York City. She has spoken at conferences in the US, the UK, and Australia; and served as an adjunct faculty member in the Technology and Arts Management program at American University and the Producing and Theatre Management at Columbia University (from which she holds an MFA).
