Andrew Zitcer

Andrew Zitcer is Assistant Professor of Arts Administration at Drexel University in Philadelphia. He received his PhD from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University, as well as holding Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. Andrew's work on arts, creative placemaking, and cooperative business practices has been published in Antipode, Urban Geography, Planning Theory & Practice, Journal of Planning Education and Research, and the Journal of Arts Management, Law and Society.
