Ukrainian playwright, currently works as a Head of the Literary and Dramaturgy Department at Les Kurbas Theatre (Lviv, Ukraine).

Dr. Andrii Bondarenko – playwright, University lecturer, culturologist, PhD in Philosophy. Co-founder of Playwrights Theatre in Kyiv. Participant of the Worldwide Ukrainian Play Readings Project curated by John Freedman. 
Currently works as a Head of the Literary and Dramaturgy Department at Les Kurbas Theatre (Lviv) and as a lecturer at Ivan Franko National University in Lviv. Author of numerous plays which were shortlisted at the main Ukrainian Drama festivals. His plays were staged in theatres of Germany, USA, Great Britain and in many Ukrainian theatres. Director of short movie “Night with Natalia” (2017) - participant of the film festivals in Kyiv and Prague.
Andriy's texts have been published in many Ukrainian and foreign anthologies. The English translation of the play "Ghost Land" was published by the American publishing house Laertes (Egret acting edition) in 2023.
