Bill Rauch

Bill Rauch has been artistic director of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival since 2007. Previously, he collaborated with communities nationwide for 20 years as co-founder and artistic director of Cornerstone Theater Company. He directed All the Way on Broadway (Tony Award for Best Play, 2014), and productions at American Repertory Theatre, Arena Stage, Lincoln Center, Yale Rep, South Coast Rep, Seattle Rep, Mark Taper Forum, and the Guthrie, among many others. His many awards include a Ford Fellowship, the Fichandler, TCG’s Visionary Leadership Award, and the Margo Jones Medal. He lives in Ashland with his husband and two sons.
