Caitlin Crombleholme

Caitlin Crombleholme is a theater administrator, performer, and advocate who strives to build a stronger cultural landscape through live performance.

Caitlin Crombleholme is the Associate General Manager at the Alley Theatre in Houston, TX. She recently graduated from the theater management program at the Yale School of Drama, where she worked as the Associate Managing Director of the School, Company Manager with Yale Repertory Theatre, and Management Fellow at The Guthrie Theater. Prior to Yale, she was a 2015-16 Fellow with Emerging Leaders of New York Arts (ELNYA); Development Associate with Fractured Atlas in New York; and Development Assistant with Studio Theatre in D.C. She has collaborated as a performer with the Dwight/Edgewood Project, Yale Cabaret, Source Festival, The Habitat Theater Company, The Dirty Blondes, and Decent Company.
