Dennis Schebetta

Dennis Schebetta is an actor, director, and writer whose work has been seen off-off-Broadway and regionally at theaters such as Ensemble Studio Theater, 13th Street Rep, fringeNYC, Pittsburgh Playhouse, Off the Wall, The Hiawatha Project, No Name Players, 12 Peers, Theatre Voices, Gallery Players, Vital Theater, Portland Theatre Works, Northwest Playwrights Alliance, Theatre Schmeater, Bricolage Theater and the Samuel French Off-Off Broadway Play Festival. His play Dog Park or Sexual Perversity in Magnuson was published in Ten 10-Minute Plays Volume III and has enjoyed productions nationally as well as around the globe in Australia, the UK, Iceland, and Morocco. Also a theatre educator and acting teacher, he has held positions at the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University and Bellevue College. He received his MFA from Virginia Commonwealth University and studied Meisner technique for two years with William Esper at the Esper Studio in NYC. Originally from Reno, he now lives in upstate NY.
