Elise Santora most recently appeared in Dancing in My Cockroach Killers for the Los Angeles Theatre Center Encuentro Festival 2014, as a proud company member of Pregones Theater since 2001. At Pregones, she also costarred with Puerto Rican singing legend, Danny Rivera in The Red Rose (2005). Broadway credits: In The Heights starring Lin-Manuel Miranda, Paul Simon's The Capeman, and Adventures of Tom Sawyer, directed by Scott Ellis. National tours: Abuela Claudia, In The Heights, Man of La Mancha with John Cullum. She costarred with Bebe Neuwirth as Morales in the first LA revival of A Chorus Line. As a backup vocalist, she toured with such legends as Bowie and Julio Iglesias and was one of the first Latina dancers on Soul Train. She is a veteran teaching artist for Manhattan Theatre Club, a professional story coach for entrepreneurs, a published poet, and a human rights activist.
