Emily Daly is a self-proclaimed hyphenate. As a playwright, her work has been featured by Rattlestick Playwrights Theater’s TheaterJam, Great Plains Theater Conference’s Play Lab, foolsFURY Theater’s Factory Parts festival, Capital Fringe Festival, RhinoFest, and New Perspectives Theatre. Screenwriting credits include the original webseries Kate Plus Date and Season 3 of InstaMiniSeries, both of which will be released Fall 2015. As an actor, Emily has performed with Off and Off-Off-Broadway companies, and currently stars in the webseries Zone:Zero. She is a member of the companies Middle Voice and of Stable Cable Lab Co, as well as Equity. In addition to her work as an artist, Emily has worked in grant writing, arts administration, social justice, and philanthropy. She was also the director of development for a leading Off Broadway theater. Emily studied with John Astin at the Johns Hopkins University, and at the National Theater Institute.
