Finn K. comes from a family for whom the only crime was getting caught. He finished school in 3rd grade, never talking to anyone, learning by listened. He became a criminal at age 11, and killed a man when he was 20 at the behest of the only person who ever bailed him out. He began to read at age 20, in Trenton State Prison. Facing the death penalty, he accepted that, and everything began to open to him. He found an avocation in a prison drama workshop. Since his release, Finn has performed, worked on communalism in the church, and written novels, essays, and articles on homelessness, incarceration, and film. He arrived at a vision of the Great Unknown at age 78.
