Frankie is a theatre-maker, educator, and community organizer, splitting their time between northern Illinois and New York City. They have acting, directing, and choreography credits in Chicago (Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, The Shakespeare Project of Chicago, TimeLine Theatre), Boston (American Repertory Theater, Club Oberon) and New York (The Dare Tactic, LaGuardia Performing Arts, The Shakespeare Forum, SoHo Shakespeare Company). Frankie has taught theatre and organizing and has been a guest artist at university theater departments including Wagner, Northern Illinois, Adelphi, DePaul, and Northwestern. Frankie is part of multiple northern Illinois non-profits and community projects, including DeKalb Pride, Barb Food Mart, DeKalb Migrant Aid, QORRN, and Common Table Dekalb, a grant-funded project dedicated to bringing people in Dekalb County together through food and story-sharing events.
