George Ferguson is a Governor (the equivalent in the US of a warden) in the Scottish Prison System with 28 years’ experience in both operational and strategic roles. He was previously Head of Operational Planning where he led projects including population management, operational staffing, and home detention curfew. In 2018, whilst in the role of Head of Offender Outcomes at HMP YOI Polmont, he worked in partnership with Glass Performance and existing partners, supporting them to set up Polmont Youth Theatre.
