Theatre Educator/Lighting Designer/Director/Learner/Arts Advocate

Heather Brooke Eisenhart is the Theatre Lecturer and Technical Director for King University Theatre Department in Bristol, Tennessee and is currently pursuing a terminal degree through Randolph College's Theatre M.F.A. program in Lynchburg, VA. Heather engages in research and theatrical practice with the goal of illuminating the value of theatre as an interdisciplinary art form that offers practical, vocational, and life skills to all kinds of learners. She believes in the transformative and connective nature of storytelling and aims to understand, support, and amplify story through her work as an educator, designer, director, and all-around theatre nerd.  Heather holds a B.F.A. in Theatre Performance from New World School of the Arts, and an M.A. in Liberal Studies, with emphasis on The Interdisciplinarity of Theatre, from East Tennessee State University.
