Art Director of the Chocolate Church Arts Center in Bath, Maine.

I am a theater director and designer based in Bath, Maine, where I hold the position of Art Director at the Chocolate Church Arts Center.  My childhood was spent in Laos, the USA, and Pakistan. All three countries have fundamentally shaped my imagination and the visual way I think and express myself.

I spent 19 years as an ensemble member at Double Edge Theatre in Ashfield, MA, where I developed a personal and research driven dramaturgy, born of a rigorous physical training practice.  My ongoing research includes shadow play (literal and metaphorical), large scale puppetry, physicality, and musical and visual storytelling. In 2024 I founded a free Community Art Lab st the Chocolate Church Arts Center where anyone can explore and create visual art for free.
