John Freedman

John Freedman is the author/editor of the books Silence’s Roar: The Life and Work of Nikolai Erdman (1992), Provoking Theater: Kama Ginkas Directs (2005) and A Dictionary of Emotions in a Time of War: 20 Short Works by Ukrainian Playwrights (2023). He is the curator of the Worldwide Ukrainian Play Readings and the Insulted. Belarus Worldwide Play Readings, and is the Ukraine Program Director for the Center for International Theatre Development (CITD).
