Khristián Méndez Aguirre hails from Guatemala City, but has lived in and created artistic work in four different countries. His written work articulates the various contexts within which we make theatre (institutional, interpersonal, intersectional, educational, environmental) and his staged work investigates how those contexts can be made visible and tangible through live performance.
