LAURA EASON is a Brooklyn-based screenwriter, playwright, director and producer best know for the play Sex with Strangers (over 100 separate productions in the US including Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago and Second Stage Theatre in NYC, seen internationally in Australia, Canada, England, Argentina and Brazil) and four seasons as a writer/producer on the Netflix drama, “House of Cards” (Emmy nomination Drama Series; WGA nomination Drama Series.) Her feature film debut, HERE and NOW (formerly BLUE NIGHT) staring Sarah Jessica Parker, premiered at Tribeca Film Festival and was released in theaters and VOD by Paramount in 2018.
