Lauren Smith is currently the Learning Director at Triad Stage in Greensboro, North Carolina. She has worked as a stage manager, teaching artist, and in various other capacities at Metro Theater Company, Great River Shakespeare Festival, Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, Washington National Opera, Pittsburgh Opera, and the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis. She holds an MFA in Drama and Theatre for Youth and Communities from the University of Texas at Austin and a BFA in Stage Management from Webster University.
