Maegan is currently the Director of Audience Engagement and Resident Dramaturg at WSC Avant Bard in Arlington, VA, where her dramaturgy credits include The Good Devil (In Spite of Himself), A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Holiday Memories, and Friendship Betrayed. She also curated Avant Bard’s inaugural Scripts in Play Festival, which featured workshops and readings for dozens of new works by local playwrights and classic texts by underrepresented voices. Past roles include serving as Literary Associate at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center and Dramaturgy Apprentice at the Olney Theatre Center. Other selected dramaturgy credits: Source Festival: Static; Forum Theatre: World Builders; Olney Theatre Center: I and You, The Piano Lesson, The Tempest, Colossal. BA in Drama and English from Washington College.
