Matt's work has been seen at the Sundance Theatre Institute, The Banff Centre, American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, Lincoln Center, Page 73 Productions in residence at the Yale School of Drama, Amas Musical Theatre, Playwrights Horizons, The Atlantic, Primary Stages, Urban Stages, Ensemble Studio Theatre, HERE, Dixon Place, Cherry Lane, MTC, The York, The Tank, NYC Int'l Fringe, Midtown Int'l Festival, among others. Credits include: the musical Only Children (Lincoln Center), the first NYC revivals of The Falsetto Trilogy, The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told, john and jen, and Lisa Kron's 2.5 Minute Ride. His production of Jennifer Haley's Neighborhood 3: Requisition of Doom with Bricolage Productions was cited in the "Top Ten of 2010" by the Pittsburgh Tribune. Prior to joining City Theatre as Associate Artistic Director, Matt held literary, development and management positions with Playwrights Horizons, Amas, Roundabout, Cherry Lane, Second Stage, and on the award-winning Off-Broadway productions of Forbidden Broadway and American Rhapsody. Upcoming: the World Premiere of Jennifer Haley's multi-media play with music, FROGGY, at A.C.T. in San Francisco.
