Meropi Peponides

Meropi Peponides is an Artistic Producer, dramaturg, writer and co—founder of Radical Evolution, a multiethnic, a multi-disciplinary producing collective based in Brooklyn, NY. She is currently co—creating and producing The Second Decade Project — four artistic engagements represented through performance, installation, text and mobile tchnology to be completed over the course of a 10 years. She is currently completing the Tom Proehl Creative Producing Fellowship at The Foundry Theatre. Previously, she worked as an Assistant Line Producer for The Public Theater and was part of the Women’s Project Lab. Meropi will soon begin working as the Producer at Soho Rep. She is a MFA Columbia University graduate.

The book as a whole is a deeply moving, authentic, and relatable piece of writing. It begins by relating "The Panza Monologues" authors’ personal and social history, and then shifts gears into practical application, even including a DIY (do it yourself) production manual. "The Panza Monologues" illustrate the inherent value of theater and performance of and from a specific community and culture.
