For over 15 years, he has been organizing cultural events, first through his own association and then as events coordinator for the Cărturești book shop in Cluj. In 2018 he founded Flux, a start-up that offers consultancy and cultural experiences to companies interested in a different type of teambuilding for their employees.

In 2011 he published a short stories book titled Oameni (People). Some of his stories were translated, for magazines and anthologies, in Hungarian, German, English, Croatian, Russian and Albanian.
