Queer greygender humanist who writes grants so we can play make-believe and make the world a better place.

Ryan Ferrebee (he/they) is a theater-trained accidental fundraising professional living in modern-day Pittsburgh, PA (lands stewarded by and stolen from the Seneca, Lenni Lenape, Shawnee, Osage, and numerous other Indigenous nations). In their career, Ryan has raised over $10,000,000 to directly support the work of theater companies and artists in the Mid-Atlantic. Former co-chair of the Pittsburgh Emerging Arts Leaders network of the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council.

Currently, Ryan is the Director of Institutional Support at Pittsburgh Public Theater and a volunteer Young Professional Board Member for Hello Neighbor, a Pittsburgh-based refugee and immigrant support service organization.
