Seth Rozin

Seth Rozin co-founded InterAct Theatre Company in Philadelphia in 1988, and has since served as Producing Artistic Director. He has directed over fifty plays for InterAct, including award-winning productions of Johnna Adams’ Gidion's Knot, Kris Diaz’ The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity, Jason Sherman’s It's All True, Israel Horovitz’ Lebensraum, and the world premieres of Thomas Gibbons' Permanent Collection and 6221. Seth is also a published and award-winning playwright, whose plays have been produced across the country and in Australia. He is a co-founder of the National New Play Network, and currently serves as Board President for the second time.

Despite the fact that I have never thought of myself as an artist engaged in an exploration of my own background, I have somehow, almost inadvertently authored a trilogy of plays (over twelve years and separated by five other plays) about the search for faith, each of which features an atheist, or at least hard-questioning Jew.
