Friendships, Communication and Connections with Children at Special Needs Summer Camps

Choosing the right summer programs for special needs children is required. Camp Lee Mar staff use communication strategies to help our campers become confident communicators and to learn how to build connections, and friendships themselves. This gives our campers the ability to work on needed skills in the speech and social skills center at camp.
