Adriana Dominguez

Adriana Dominguez is a Clinical Assistant Professor and serves as the Director of Audience Development for the Department of Theatre & Dance at UTEP.  She received her BA in Theatre Arts with a Minor in Secondary Education from the University of Texas at El Paso, her MA in Performing Arts Administration from New York University, and her PhD in Curriculum & Instruction from New Mexico State University. Adriana teaches Theatre History and Literature I, Women in Drama, Chicano Theatre, Theatre Practicum, Creative Drama, Leadership in Performing Arts Organizations, and is the director of the Summer Theatre and Dance Camps at UTEP.  Adriana has participated in theatre as an actress, director, producer, designer, and teacher at the elementary school, middle school, high school and collegiate levels for the past 20 years.
