Andrew Roblyer (they/he) is a queer, nonbinary, and neurodivergent storyteller and the founder of The Octarine Accord, Houston's pioneering theatre company dedicated to speculative fiction. They previously founded and led This Is Water Theatre, the first professional theatre company in Bryan/College Station. Andrew is also the visionary behind Deconstructing Directing, an open-access online resource library designed specifically for “upstream” directors in educational and community theatres. As a company member of Strange Bird Immersive, Andrew continues to push the boundaries of immersive theatre. Their multifaceted talents span directing, producing, award-winning design, acting, and writing.
