Ioana Mălău works as literary advisor for the Radu Stanca National Theatre in Sibiu and coordinates for the Sibiu International Theatre Festival, the Special Conference Program, the Play-Reading Performance Program and the Publications Program. The latter includes an annual book of plays from contemporary playwrights and two books that focus on performance theory. She has a master’s degree in Dramatic Writing and a major in Cultural Management.
