Lydia K. Valentine

Lydia K. Valentine is a poet, playwright, dramaturg, educator, activist, and mom who lives in the Pacific Northwest.  She holds a degree from Johns Hopkins University, is working to complete her MFA at Goddard College, and focusing on her own writing and work as a dramaturg.  She was recently named Alternate for the role of 2017-2019 Tacoma Poet Laureate.
