Marco defines himself as a craftsman of words and a chronicler of possible worlds. He has a degree in Dramatic Literature and Theater, a master in Mesoamerican Studies and a PhD in Modern Literature. He has 20 plays premiered and 4 published books. He represented Mexico in the International Theater Institute and was president of the International Association of Children and Youth Theater. In 2014 he received the "My Life in Theater" Medal at the ITI-UNESCO. He is currently a professor at the School of Arts in the Anahuac University Mexico.

Marco define como artesano de palabras y cronista de mundos posibles. Es licenciado en Literatura Dramática y Teatro, maestro en Estudios Mesoamericanos y doctor en Letras Modernas. Tiene 20 obras estrenadas y 4 libros publicados. Representó a México ante el Instituto Internacional del Teatro y como presidente de la Asociación Internacional de Teatro Infantil y Juvenil. En 2014 recibió la Medalla “Mi vida en el teatro” del ITI-UNESCO. Actualmente es profesor de la Escuela de Artes de la Universidad Anáhuac México.
