Marte Røyeng

Marte Røyeng (b. 1990) is a Norwegian musician, songwriter, and composer. She is part of the group Scenelusa Productions which produces theatre projects with children and youth, encouraging them to engage in their world through art. She was musical director, composer, and lyricist on the group’s first musical production in 2012—Rottefangeren (The Pied Piper), and musical director and lyricist on the second—Generasjon Lykke (Generation Happiness)—in 2013. In her project as a solo artist she works with the themes of climate change and sustainability. Her music can be heard on www.marteroyeng.com. She holds a BA in Musicology from the University of Oslo.
