Munroe Forbes Shearer

Munroe (He/Any) is the HowlRound Operations and Communications Coordinator. He has been with HowlRound since 2022, first as a student assistant and then as then as the HowlRound fellow from 2023-2025. Munroe is a writer, designer, and purveyor of queer nonsense born and raised in northern Vermont. He holds a BFA in Theatre Design from Emerson College, and is a former Boston Center for the Arts Playwright in Residence. Outside of HowlRound, he is a freelance playwright and costume designer in the Boston area and is actively working on his first novel. More at munroefshearer.com.
