Neil Barclay

Neil Barclay is president and CEO of NBAF presenters of the National Black Arts Festival in Atlanta. He is founding president and CEO of the August Wilson Center in Pittsburgh and former associate director of Univ. of Texas at Austin Performing Arts Center. For nine years he served on the board of directors of the Association of Performing Arts Presenters, including three years on its executive committee as vice president.
