Ricky Quintana

Artist, Activist, & Scholar 

Ricky Quintana is an interdisciplinary theatremaker and MFA in Performance candidate at Arizona State University, where he was the recipient of a Teaching Excellence Award. He has worked with Michael Rohd on the AZ premiere of The Compass as well as directed and co-devised Unapologetically Me! Regionally, he has worked with Arizona Theatre Company. Hailing from Chicago, his local credits include work with Raven Theatre, Cuckoo's Theatre Project, and Red Theater Chicago. He is a member of the Obama Foundation's 2018 Community Leadership Corps, a recipient of a 2019 Professional Development Grant from Arizona Commission on the Arts, and serves on the Graduate Student Advisory Council.
