Based out of Chicago, Sierra Carlson is a graduate of James Madison University's Theatre Studies Program. She has served as a dramaturg on several new play works in Virginia and New York. Sierra has also worked with Recess Theatre’s Summer Shakespeare productions. Her experience as a playwright and director aid with her focus on new play development. Sierra’s Women and Gender Studies minor plays a large role in her work.
