Ever wondered how small to midsize companies compete in the ever-changing theatre industry? Listen in as four artistic directors’ share how they are currently utilizing their resources while inspiring and challenging their communities. Tune in for the conversation between four artistic directors’ sharing how they’re currently utilizing their resources, in the theatre companies they represent.

American Theater Company is located in Chicago, Illinois. It inspires and challenges its community by exploring stories that ask the question, what does it mean to be American? 

Cara Mía Theatre Company is a non-profit theatre company that presents live accessible theatre by producing critically acclaimed published plays and creating new and experimental works while developing innovative and educational youth arts programming reflective of the Latino experience in the US.

Crowded Fire Theater (CFT) is a critically acclaimed company for new play production on the West Coast; they are based in San Francisco. 

Shotgun Players is a company of artists determined to create bold, relevant, affordable theatre that inspires and challenges audience and artist alike to re-examine our lives, our community, and the ever-changing world around us.
