National Center for Arts Research, Theatre Development Fund, and the Signature Theatre partnered to present the Inaugural NCAR Report, Exploring the State of the Arts livestreamed on the global, commons-based peer-produced HowlRound TV network at howlround.tv on Monday 10 February 2014 at 2 p.m. PST/ 4 p.m. CST/ 5 p.m. EST/ 22:00 GMT.

The NCAR Report explores findings regarding the health and stability of the arts and culture field.
