Stefania Bulbarella (Director and Video Designer of UNA NINA, she/her) is an Argentinian director and Projection/Video Designer based in Brooklyn. Her latest credits include Video/Projection Design: Essentials (Free Street Chicago Theater), Closure (The Movement Theatre Company- 1MOVE: DES19NED)

Yeujia Low (Co-Writer, Composer, Director for ANIMAL EMPIRE, she/her) is an actor-musician and theater maker who excels at the understated and intimate. She helps imaginative & visionary film and theater directors make their most bizarre ideas become reality.

Le’Andra LeSeur (Artist for PASSING TIME WITH GRACE, she/her) is an artist working primarily with video, installation, photography, painting, and performance. Her work celebrates blackness, contemplates the experience of invisibility, and seeks to dismantle and reclaim stereotypes surrounding black female identity, among other subject matters.

Dena Igusti (Playwright, Actor, and Producer for CUT WOMAN, she/they) is a queer Indonesian Muslim poet, playwright, and producer born and raised in Queens, New York. She is the author of CUT WOMAN (Game Over Books). She is the co-founder of Asian multidisciplinary arts collective UNCOMMON;YOU and literary press Short Line Review.

Ray Jordan Achan (Director for CUT WOMAN, he/him) is a Brooklyn based theatermaker. Ray is the founding artistic director of Exiled Tongues, a theater collective that provides financial, artistic and collaborative support to artists of color centering diasporic consciousnesses. Ray is an Associate Member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation.

About SEGAL TALKS:
The Martin E. Segal Theatre Center is proud to announce the new line-up of its new global series, SEGAL TALKS. Since the beginning of March the series featured close to 100 talks with 150 artists from 50 countries. New York, US, and international theatre artists, curators, researchers, and academics will talk daily during the week for one hour with Segal Center’s director, Frank Hentschker, about life and art in the Time of Corona and speak about challenges, sorrows, and hopes for the new Weltzustand— the State of the World. After a break in August the series will now also focus on Theatre, Performance and The Political, highlighting the Segal Center's 2022 New York International Festival of the Arts Project and the Center's Public Park Project. The Segal Center is the only theatre institution in NYC and the US creating new, original, daily content for the global field of theater and performance. The series was conceived, created and curated by Frank Hentschker in March 2020.

SEGAL TALKS are free, open access, without ads will be live-streamed in English from Monday to Friday on HowlRound Theatre Commons and on the Segal Center Facebook. This program is presented in collaboration with HowlRound Theatre Commons, based at Emerson College. All SEGAL TALKS are archived on HowlRound, and on the Segal Center YouTube Channel.
