We’re happy to announce the newest addition to the HowlRound team, Munroe Shearer! Munroe's fellowship with us begins today. He will overlap with current fellow Joshua Robinson for the next two months and will support the HowlRound team on all aspects of our programming, working particularly closely with our digital content and communications manager on email outreach and social media.

Munroe is a writer, costume designer, amateur sociologist, and big idea generator from Essex Junction, Vermont who is now based in Providence, Rhode Island. A 2023 graduate of Emerson College, Munroe creates work that focuses on the intricately messy business of human connection and anti-oppressive progress within the theatrical field. Outside of the theatre world, Munroe can be found reading, journaling, getting too competitive at video games, and scrounging around New England for half-decent gluten free food.
