Gladys Chen is President of Second Generation Productions a non-profit theater company, located in New York, focused on cultivating the next generation of Asian American writers. From 1997 to 2001, she was the Managing Director of Second Generation and produced its first Off-Broadway musical, Making Tracks. During this time, she helped to create the In the Works series to identify and nurture the talent of young Asian American artists. Gladys holds a MBA from the Wharton School of Business and has held numerous positions in advertising and marketing at several Fortune 500 companies.
